BSN to CRNA ? nurse anesthetist schooling/programs?

Question

i am a sophomore nursing student going for my bsn.

and graduating obtaining my rn license.

i am planning to get my masters and become a crna.

do i have to work for a year after i graduate college as an rn?

or can i jump right into the crna masters program?

what are the prereq's for most of these crna programs?

can i still work weekends only (hospitals, rn)

and do my masters schooling fulltime during the week?
