BSNL help please...?

I need to check a BSNL Land line phones detailed bill, it helps me to know, and where was a person working now. I think that a BSNL employ may do that. I need previous 2 moth’s (October & November) incoming and out going call details. It is Kerala state phone. Anybody … help me please...

You should provide some special cause to do so. They can't supply you the numbers of incoming and outgoing calls unless you give a special cause and have to prove it in according. One month ago I lost my mobile phone containing BSNL Sim. One guy found that mobile, called us and said that he would return the phone soon. He used my mobile and made some outgoing calls from it. Now he switched off the mobile and didn't return it. Then we went to BSNL service centre and enquired about those outgoing calls details. They refused to give and asked us to bring a letter from the police that we have registered a complaint about the missing of phone. But in your case it may be possible if your phone is postpaid. Anyway contact any BSNL employ ask him for help. It may help you.
