  1. Those can be tough....

There is a few things that can cause that and it really is a tough job to narrow it down while using a pcmcia card

These are what I would try

    Driver for the card

Firmware for the card (if applicable for yours)

Chipset or motherboard driver (this is not the BIOS update) everything relies on this working perfectly (sometimes these are updated often)

Pcmcia controller, the maker of your computer will have this if there is updates for this as a single component

Finally google the name of your card with "bsod" see if anything else turns up, maybe you'll get lucky

Now if all else fails, " IF" your computer is running 100%stable you can try flashing the BIOS, I do this last because if anything goes wrong during the process your computer might not ever be able to boot again

If you do want to try it,  reboot first and then stop any programs, anti virus, spyware,  adware stuff

You know what else too, do you have any of those "speed tweakers" that set the MTU, packet size and that, if you do try going to the default, or the routers settings to default (this is probably a longshot but the Windows TCP/IP stack has been known to cause a bluescreen because of malformed packets, and other errata)
