I don't know what it means. Please explain what happens with it. So far we have been paying per month for line rental, caller display and BT 1571. It has been a 'Set amnount'

Can you please explain how it works. Is it that you pay for whatever you use? so one month it could be £10.50, the next could be £39.41, then the next month be £11.54.

Thanks in advance.

  1. Whole Bill Direct Debit is where you pay entire bill in one go using direct debit. BT typically bill customers every three months. Two weeks after you have been sent your bill, BT will collect the entire payment using direct debit. Your account will only be debited every quarter when a bill has been issued. If you want to pay monthly in anticipation of your phone usage, you should be on the Monthly Payment Plan.
