BT Broadband - email address query?

Question

Basically i have just signed up for BT Broadband, when i signed up they set me up with a standard email address which is not memorable for me and which i don't want to use. She told me on the phone once i set it up i would be able to change this.

Does anyone know how to do this so that i don't have to ring them and be on hold ages?????

n.b. my broadband is up and running but i can't see an option anywhere to do this.

Ring up their free help centre, they will help you set up a sub account.

Or keep the bt one for their communications and open email account(s) with Yahoo! or Google, or both.

Use one for trusted friends and family, one for other stuff.
