Basically i have just signed up for BT Broadband, when i signed up they set me up with a standard email address which is not memorable for me and which i don't want to use. She told me on the phone once i set it up i would be able to change this. Does anyone know how to do this so that i don't have to ring them and be on hold ages?????n.b. my broadband is up and running but i can't see an option anywhere to do this.
