BT Broadband - how you finding it?

Question

Anyone else use BT and have the internet connection freezing out every 30 seconds or so for 5'ish seconds?

It's driving me up the wall!

Its notorious for it especially between 4-30 and 6-30 pm

my hub drops connection quite often,modem goes of quite a bit,perhaps its one of those things you have to put up with, good luck getting any good answers,

If you are using the new Hub  i found the same problem. I kept disconnecting. both desktop & wireless all day. So i bought a new BT Voyager 2500V ( got a new one e-bay cheaper than shops)  and have never looked back. If you could borrow another connection for a few weeks &  see if ok, then get another modem/router

I've had it for nearly 2 years and been trouble free but lately I'm losing connection at least  three times  an hour.Keep getting the message that a cable is unplugged and I have limited or no connectivity.Don't know if it's them or a problem at this end as I'm not very computer literate so it looks like I'll have to call them.
