BT :( Our phones are dead, but the Broadband is working fine.?

I have tried un plugging and plugging in phones like they said, but what is wrong here??

Do you have a seprate service from your broadband that connects to your LAN (like Vonage), or is it from your ISP (like a coax cable phone line/modem)? If the second one, it could be that you have a different IP for your phone connection, and your phone part of your connection is out.
