BT Vision Set Up?

Question

I have just had BT Vision yesterday. I have followed all the instructions & set it up ok, then serching for channels it found a poxy 39, not even bbc1.

Has anyone else got it and is it just plain cr*p or is there something I can do to improve it.

I'm thinking of just sending it back and re activating sky.

scan channels again i get loads more than 39 in west Yorkshire have u got Ethernet cable connected i had to mess around with plug in adaptor to get all channels try link to BT website below

i have got it and i had no problems with it. ring up bt and they will help you

i have got it as well and setting up was easy..just plugged in and did all the work..maybe your aerial is not powerful enough
