I have a BT voyager 2110 wireless modem which is about a year old. A couple of times it's disconnected from my laptop but still shows connecting to the internet. It says it cannot connect & to contact service provider (OH wanted to go from BT to Ukonline for unlimited access) but OH insists it's my modem & not a problem with the internet as it gives a list of surrounding modems on both our PCs.This has never happened when I was with BT & I have NEVER had any sort of disconnection problems with the internet or with my modem til we changed to UKonline.Just wondered if it was my modem on it's way out (I hope not for an 80 quid modem!), the service provider playing silly beggars (I know it's unlimited but OH is ALWAYS downloading stuff) or maybe it's some sort of interference.
