BT charging me extra debits for what!!?

Hi guys, need some help please

-2 months ago i ordered the 'option 3 broadband' £17.99 (for 3 months)

-I also ordered the cheapest line rental & i don't use the phone £9.00 a month.

So far, from the start i've been charged £9.00 which is normal but today they've taken £28.75 from my account & i don't know what for. They haven't took money out for BB so i'm guessing that's quarterly as it says something about that in the book but i haven't got a clue what the £28.75 is for?

I did order BT Vision which they said they'll take the £30 from my account but that's £30, not £28.75.

Any ideas, i'm a bit worried. :)

Ask them.  They may be an incompetent bunch of w@nkers as an organisation but they still have some good people working there who want to do a good job and who will if they are allowed to by those above them.  Just ask nicely.  You might be surprised how much help you get when you are the first person today to treat the poor sod with some respect.
