BT quartet 1500 phone - change answer phone settings?

I have a BT quartet 1500 phone and want to change my answer phone set up. It is currently set to switch to answerphone after 9 rings but I want to set it to switch on after 3 rings. Does anyone know how I do this? I have lost the instruction book - Doh!!!!!!1

Go to BT.com/shop, in there you will find a section called instructions, go to your phone, all details are free and you can download the instruction book to your computer.
