Baaaaaaaad friend problem!!!?

my friend is really mean to me (weve been bff since 3rd grade and now were in 7th). i dont want to be friends with her anymore. but the thing is her sister is extremenly popular and if i tell my friend i dont want to be friends than all the popular people will turn against me. what do i do.........

well first talk to ur friend and tell her that u dont like her being mean to you.  if that doesnt work find new friends.  also u shouldnt stay friends with someone so others will like u.  its not worth it.

if she is mean to you, she is not your friend. end the relationship, and s***w popularity. find some other cool people to chill with. if the "popular" girls actually are mean to you this up coming year, tell a teacher.

don't be mean just give her more space than she wants she will be  nicer to you. I'm 26 and i know how these things go. find stuff to do without her

Listen sweetie—being popular does almost nothing for you when you get into high school. Trust me, being "popular" is a little game people play in middle school.

If this friend is very mean to you, you should just break off the friendship. It doesn't matter if her sister is popular or not—you shouldn't have to hang around with someone who treats you bad, no matter what the response may be from other people. If the people who hang around your friend's sister turn against you, so what? There are lots of other people to hang out with, and most of them are nicer and more responsible.

Being popular is nothing! Trust me. Don't hold onto a relationship just to make the "popular" kids like you. It's not worth it.
