Babies heartbeat??????

ok imm 29 weeks pregnant and im wondering can you feel the babies heartbeat beating???its not kicking b/c i know what kicks feel like and i dont think its hiccups either because its a steady beat like the heart?

  1. no, there is no point in pregnancy at which you can feel the baby's heartbeat. it's probably your own. tho my baby does this weird movement where it looks like a pulsing beat, it's right where the butt is so i say he or she is going to have buns of steel.


  2. Hiccups are steady.  What you're feeling is probably hiccups. :)  

  3. No, but you can feel your own pulse, which is felt very strong in the abdomen when you're pregnant, because your blood volume increases so dramatically and your heart has to work harder to pump it. Your pulse is usually higher when pregnant too. You can often see your belly pulse when you are lying down.
