i fed them to my kids there 14 12 5 and two now and they loved them nothing went wrong so i dont think there is too much salt an avrage amount my son ruddy age 14 was very gassy with the beans it is not a myth that beans make you f**t! i was on constant nappy change but yes there ok and i hope your baby has a scrummy meal hey were all in parenthood together im expecting again! but its a boy i will feed it beans too so yeh good luck and its fine

  5. Yes, they say there's too much salt in everything now a days.

  6. better than nowt, but not as good as fresh food

  7. no problem, just mash up with other foods as normal.

  8. yeah, perfectly ok at 7 months.  I tend to think of overall salt for the day rather than one meal at a time.

DS likes beans mashed up in his mash. Gobbles it up!

  9. i give them to my daughters heinz now do a tin of spaghetti with hidden vegetables in them but look out for the sugar and salt contents in some other brands.

  10. sure they can heinz are even reducing their salt levels so its no problem

  11. I used to buy the low salt variety of normal cans and give my daughter them.  just the small cans.  she loved the beans mixed with a bit of bacon!
