I got an egg and im keeping it warm will it hatch and turn into a chicken?

Was the egg fertilized?  If not, then no.  If it was, then it's possible, so long as you keep it at the right temperature (~100oF).  It will take about 20 days if it does hatch.  It is most critical to avoid drastic changes in temperature.

1 was the egg fertile? If not, you're just going to end up with a rotten egg.

2 make sure you turn the egg 3-4 times a day or else the yolk/chick will stick to one side of the shell and not develop properly

3 make sure that you have some water near your egg to keep the humidity levels up. Otherwise it will dry out.

4 chickens take about 21 days to develop

Depends on the source of the egg.  If it came from the grocery store, no.  If it came from a barn yard chicken, maybe.
