Baby Crib - Question on Parts

Question

I had my baby crib advertised for sale. Thought I had all the pieces. Guess not! I'm confused as to how the spring gets attached to the crib. At one time there was a drawer so there are drawer guides attached to the end pieces but it doesn't seem like they have anything to do with the spring. I looked online and it seems like there should be "stabilizer bars" maybe that the spring gets attached to. There are 4 holes (two on each side) of both end pieces so something was attached there at one time. I just can't imagine why we would have taken those parts off. The crib is 12 years old. Italian made. I'm not sure who the manufacturer was. I bought it at a specialty baby store in Miramar California. ****I couldn't get out of this box until I chose a product. The crib is definitely not a Childesigns Carrollton Crib
