  1. Not a chance.

"Baby fat" is a friendly term used when school age children or teens are overweight or even obese. Once you've reached the point where you can read and write, "baby fat" is no longer an issue.

    Fat is fat.

If you are overweight, you need to address the problem. Harsh but true.

The sooner you take charge of your health the better. Age 14 is not too young to educate yourself on nutrition and exercise and then to act on that knowledge appropriately.

Cardiovascular exercise coupled with moderate calorie restriction will get the job done.

  2. yea thats still young - even 16 17

  3. Yeah ofcourse you can hun, everybody does but they dont realise. You'll start to drop it off soon enough, when you're body is going through puberty, it starts to drop it over time. I had alot of baby fat until I was about 16, and now at 19, I havent changed diet or included any more exercise than usual, and I am 2 stone lighter. You'll drop it over time sweetie, its natural :) You'll notice as your face shape starts to define more over time, and your body shape becomes unique.

  4. If you think you have baby fat and you don't like it then get off the computer and work out

  5. I don't think you'd still have baby fat at age 14, but I agree, working out will make you feel better about yourself instead of waiting for it to grow out, which actually I don't think works.

  6. I thought baby fat goes after a girls period :/ because in primary loads of kids were fat but in secondary school they were all thin xx

  7. Awwww, bless - baby fat... it doesn't exist past the age of two.

You are either over-weight or not.

"Baby fat" simply means that you are a child so your family don't want you to become obsessive about your weight until you are more mature, even though you are a little over-weight.

And no - it won't just fall off as you get older.

You will either need to exercise more or eat less.

  8. I think you get rid of it gradually no matter what.

And yes you can still have it.
