Baby Ice to utilise her experience in Dobbins @ the Cross 525 at Harold’s Cross
Baby Ice has plenty of experience of running over 525 yards and this will help her outsmart the opposition in the Dobbins @ the Cross 525, a Grade A1 flat race, scheduled to be held at Harold’s Cross on Friday night, June 1st.
Baby Ice is returning to this venue after presenting a couple of brilliant performances at Dundalk. After missing the first spot by a few lengths, the black b***h raised her game and ensured the glory last time around.
Ace Hi Rumble’s daughter covered the distance in 29.05 seconds. Despite the fact victories are not coming to her way regularly, she cannot be ignored especially after two outstanding rides.
The dashing b***h is going to face some giants and the names of her opponents are: Tullaloon, Walkabout Gary, Donanes Facebook, Any Time Jim and Parsons Header. The €400 event is set to commence at 22:00 GMT.
Tullaloon is unlikely to attract a lot of punters. Even though the black dog has registered many wins in his career, he is yet to settle down in this class.
In his last A1 appearance, he could not beat the back marker. Despite the fact that he is coming into this battle after a couple of fine solo outings, his chances of grabbing the first prize are not bright.
Walkabout Gary is also struggling with his form these days. The fawn dog has been failing to make the winning equation since bagging the first prize in a Grade 3 meeting at the start of February. In his most recent trip, he finished fourth in the list.
Donanes Facebook knows what victory feels like. In mid February, the black b***h won a similar contest comprehensively. She sealed the top position by seven lengths and this show how dangerous she can be on her day.
Parsons Header is yet to do anything special in this class. On the other hand, Any Time Jim is one of the consistent runners around. The black dog was triumphant in his last outing, winning a Grade A2 race by ¾ a length.
