  1. Yeah, that might be your baby moving, because baby usually start moving around  18 weeks. It feel like butterflies in your stomach but actually it's your baby.

  2. I started to feel tapping lightly on the inside at around 15-16 weeks. Everyday i felt more and more until 17-18 weeks I started to feel it stronger, more like kicks, and a swishy type feeling like my stomach was flopping. Now at 20 weeks I am getting poked in the bladder after I drink so I feel the baby move on the outside and on the inside. I have gone thru a few days where I didn't feel much movement at all but soon enough I feel a swish and bump. I had a hard time believing at first that what I was feeling was the baby but the more I felt it the more I had to believe it. I had to remind myself that I had never before felt these things so it MUST be baby.

Good luck and enjoy the reminders the baby is giving you that you are never alone!

  3. I get the roller coaster thing! It felt weird to me. lol.

For me, it felt like a fish swimming around inside - and that fish would occasionally hit head on into the side of his bowl (my uterus). And occasionally I would get the roller coaster feeling.

I got that at 18 weeks. But, it took me about a week to figure out exactly what it was. For me it wasn't daily until about 19 or 20 weeks.

I think that is the baby! Congrats. It's such a cool feeling!

  4. I think so my book and the web site i use says at 17 weeks it would feel like butterfly or a swish. Congrat I wish i was were you are!!!!!

  5. my 1st time and i didnt feel anything up to week 19 and then i wasnt sure until i seen my baby when i had a scan at 20 wks and when i seen baby kicking then i knew thats what i had been feeling but you can feel baby sometimes from week 16 so it prob is your baby saying hello

  6. Most women don't start feeling their baby's movements on a regular basis until 20 weeks (at the earliest). Some women feel occasional kicks and rolls before then, but normally not on a day-to-day basis. If you're concerned, call your dr's office in the morning, tell them, and ask if you can get an ultrasound to make sure everything is ok (extra peeks at your baby! lol). Good luck!

  7. UHM IM 24 WEEKS PREGNANT AND I FELT THOSE MOVEMENTS LIEK BUTTERFLIES WENI WAS LIKE 14 WEEKS YEAH YOUR BABY IS MOVING AND GROWING SO IT MAY BE KICKING

  8. Yes, it sounds like a baby moving.

  9. Sounds very much like you have felt baby move - you describe the feelings very well.

It doesn't really happen every day until you are a little further along.  Give it a month or so and you will be feeling bigger, stronger kicks every day for sure.

    Good luck.

  10. Sometimes you wont feel the baby move until your 5 months or so... but you should feel the flickers and slight movement if not ask ur doctor. Im 11 weeks and feel the baby move now

  11. I would explain the little ones I get at 14 weeks like a little fishy moving inside of me. That almost sounds like it could be a kick. Sometimes your baby doesn't move a lot because he/she is so tiny right now. Wait until around 22-16 weeks for the daily movements.

  12. It could be...my best description of what it felt like when my baby first moved was a butterfly in my stomach fluttering around...it kinda tickled. Of course over time the movements got stronger and you could tell they were kicks but it was a very odd feeling...and a good one...I loved feeling him move. You may very well be feeling your baby move...enjoy it...it's a beautiful experience!!!

  13. What you are describing sounds like "quickening" which are baby movements, but don't be worried if you arn't feeling them every day. I am 23 weeks and never felt any quickening. I didn't feel kicks until 19 weeks and my doctor said that was perfectly normal. It is also normal to go a few days without feeling any movements (I didn't feel any yesterday, but today the baby is kicking up a storm).
