Question:

Baby Names Crisis!!!?

by  |  earlier

0 LIKES UnLike

I'm pregnant with my first children...twins. We're not sure on their genders (we want it to be a surprise), but we're having troubles picking out the names. Also, we don't want matchy names, so no names that start with the same letters or rhyme or have the same meaning, etc. We like really different names that you don't here too often. What do you think of our ideas:

G/G Emery Jasmine and Fallon Dawn

G/G Taryn Belle and Charis (pronounced like Karis) Quinn

G/B Emerson Shaun and Caitlyn Summer

B/B Noah Alexander and Toby Bryce

B/B Colby Jayden and Terrance Anthony

Any suggestions?

  1. jayden james and terrence anthony

    fallon dawn and caitlyn summer

    jayden james and caitlyn summer

  2. I love all of these names. My suggestion for the G/G would be Emery Jasmine and Charis Quinn. The G/B is absolutely perfect, they're strong individually and together they're lovely. Also, Colby Jayden and Terrance Anthony are such great male names! Extremely masculine, I love it.

  3. Just have fun playing around with the names, you can have the list then, you don't have to decide right away, maybe the babies will give you a hint as to what suites them, I had a first name, but once I met seen him his middle name came to me.

G/G Emery Belle and Charis Dawn

G/B Emerson Bryce and Caitlyn Quinn

B/B Noah Anthony and Jayden Terrance

:) I just switched them up, but they're all nice names, I always loved the names Emery and Emerson, lol, but then I love names that start with E in general

  4. "We like really different names that you don't here too often."

Well.... You did a very poor job of that, sorry.

G/G Emery Jasmine and Fallon Dawn= Fallon Dawn is alright, but start all over for Emery Jasmine.

G/G Taryn Belle and Charis (pronounced like Karis) Quinn= Start all over for both (Quinn is good, though). I hear "Charis" alot on here, except it's spelled Carys most of the time.

G/B Emerson Shaun and Caitlyn Summer= Emerson is really really popular as a girl's name right now, re-due the first name. Redue Caitlyn Summers.

B/B Noah Alexander and Toby Bryce= Re-due Noah Alexander (VERY popular), give a new middle name for Toby.

B/B Colby Jayden and Terrance Anthony= Jayden?! Are you serious? NO! EXTREMELY popular and trailer trash. Colby is a type of cheese if I remember correctly. Terrance Anthony is alright, but personally, I think Terrance is an ugly name (no offense if it's a family's name).

  5. Emery Jasmine is very pretty and unique :-)

I also really like Caitlyn Summer.

I love Noah Alexander and Toby Bryce for two boys!

  10. I like the names you picked out. I've never heard of Charis before, but it sound pretty. As for suggestions, maybe Addison or Milly (Millie) for a girl and Oliver or Isaac for a boy?

  11. THIS IS A CRISIS - First of all, and not to be mean but Jasmine, Dawn, Shaun, Caitlyn, Summer, Noah, Alexander, Toby, Bryce, Colby, Jayden, Terrence, AND Anthony are ALL VERY COMMON, ORDINARY NAMES - sorry! You said you want,"really different names that you don't hear too often?" Well, I don't know about YOU but if I hear ONE MORE STINKIN kid is named "CAITLYN" - I'm going to SCREAM with DISGUST!!! That name is AWEFUL and SOOOOOO COMMON NOW!!!

Also, DO NOT name your kid "CHARIS" UNLESS you plan to pronounce it how it appears which is CH-AIR-ISSSSS.... PLEASE, the kid will be correcting people constantly...

THE ONLY NAMES WORTH ANYTHING on that list are:

Quinn and Fallon - LOSE THE DAWN PART - sorry!

  12. G/G Emery Jasmine and Taryn Belle

G/B Caitlyn Summer and Colby Alexander

B/B Noah Alexander and Toby Bryce

  13. How about Katie Belle? Or Emery Quinn? those are very cute girls names. For the boy I like Toby Bryce, Noah Alexander & Emerson Shaun but I like the spelling Sean better :-)

    congrats on your new baby!!!!!

  14. I don't like the first one, it sounds like Fallen Dawn.. kinda too strange.

I like the second one, but Charis to have a different middle name, like Blair or something.

I also like the third and fourth ones, good choices there.

For the fifth one, I love Colby Jayden, but I would make it Jayden Colby and Anthony Terrance instead

    congrats on the twins! :)

  15. G/G Aider Emery and Payton Reese

G/G Antonia Clayr and Logan Aura

G/B Keegan Cassidy and Anthony Richard

B/B Chase MiChael and Noah Nathaniel

B/B Logan Bryce and Shaun Winter

    * Also if you fall in love with the boy names:

    Logan

    Noah

    Shawn

    or

    Payton

They can work as girl names.

If You Pick out A Name And Want A Strange Spelling E-mail Me At QueenHerroinne00@yahoo.com.

BTW  My name is Rosemary and that is VERY different. And my friend's parents adopted a Native American girl and named her Fallon Eagle like Fallen Eagle.

  16. if its 2 boys johnson and jason if its two girls Maddi & debi if its a boy and girl maya and miguel

  17. Emery is a beautiful name, but Fallon Dawn sounds too much like Fallen Down.  I love the name Eliot Bryce as a name.  It won't be made fun of and it is unique.  I love the names Alixas or Alexis Jane or Savannah Mackenzie.  Nick is a great name for a boy and so is Austin.  Cute names.  Thanks!  Hope it helps and God bless!  I need names too, I'm going to be a mother of twins: boy and girl!
