Lillian Delaney Cash and Ethan Clark Cash for me :) These names sound the best, Lillian is lovely, she will love it for sure (personal experience  :D) aaaand... Ethan Clark... mmm not only because of Clark Gable, but I love this name :)

Reason: both names sounds so RICH!!! I'm not being ridiculous. I always find names with rich sound so attractive and incidentally your surname is Cash! lovely.

but i think the best rich and sophisticated girl name i've heard and prefer is still Simone...
