Question:

Baby Rugby?

That baby who was thrown from the burning building two days ago has given me an idea. Could you have a game of baby rugby? This is where the dads on the team bring in their babies, and the game is played using the babies instead of the rugby balls.

Of course the game would have to be much more gentler than a normal game, with no tackles. All passes would have to be with the certainty of the "ball" being caught. And it would have to be gentle throws to avoid giving back injuries to the infants.

And of course what a great way to generate enthusiasm for the great game for the next generation.

OK I'm joking, but the idea gave me a chuckle, so I thought I'd share it with you.

I'd draw the line at a conversion kick though lol

  1. That actually sounds funny. of course it would be better if the baby's were about the age of two, that way they are a little harder to hold on too and durable.

    Thanks for the laugh

  2. omg lol

  3. Reminds me of the joke about the goalkeeper, who caught the baby, bounced it twice, then kicked it 50m downfield.

  4. That's ace. How bad would you feel if you dropped someone else's baby, haha. Oh God, that would be awful. I love the idea, time to take it to the BRWC (Baby Rugby World Cup) me thinks :)

  5. LMAO! that's a game i wanna be a part of! really funny! good imagination man!

  6. Well I am glad to see that you have drawn a line at conversions............that certainly should not be allowed!
