Baby-Sitting Advertising, anyone?

I'm trying to make flyers to advertise a baby-sitting service. What exactly do I put on it? how do I distribute it?

Well you don't want to drone on an on about yourself on the flyer so keep it simple, yet informative.

Give all of the essentials that the parent should know stsraight away; like your name, age, s*x and THEN you can add anything else that may interest them. Do you have any recommendation? Do you speak any other languages? Maybe where you live, although only put that if you live somewhere safe. Anyone can see this flyer, don't forget.

And, of course, your phone number where they can contact you. Any additional questions either they will ask you when they call or when you meet them, or you can tell them yourself if you remember something important.
