Question:

Baby Spiders in My Shed... Should I RAID them?

Every year, mommy spider puts a nest of baby spiders into my shed. And every eyar, I take the RAID to them. I haven't done it yet this year. I don't know if I should let them grow and hope that they move out of my shed on their own, or take a stick to the nest and place it into the flower bed and hope they spread out and eat all the bad bugs. Here's a picture of them for you to see what I am talking about.

  1. holly s#*t i never seen so many baby spiders in my life like that. u would spray your whole shed with a spay to kill them. also vinger and water togther and in a spray bottle will keep them away is good also. u gotta take care of them before when u go in the shed and get bit by one.

  2. you shouldn't RAID anything r****d. The spiders will all crawl away. There is no reason for anyone to ever buy raid. not only does it kill the spiders but it is bad for your health and groundwater as well. spiders don't even do anything but sit on their web what is the problem??

  3. They don't look like Brown Recluse or Black Widow... so I wouldn't think they are poisonous. If you aren't scared of spiders, leave them alone. Like you said, they eat bugs.

I am DEATHLY AFRAID of spiders, so if that were MY shed... I would burn it dow. LOL Seriously, I would cry! But you sound much more mature about the situation than me.

The stick relocation method sounds good too. Good luck hon!

  4. Do what my dad does, they sell this insect spray that you put around the base of any shed, house, barn ect. And it keeps any bugs that go through cracks or doors for quite a few monthes, it works great. Although I think its a BIT expensive. I think killing the spiders and removing their nest is the first priority.

  5. Its hard for me to tell but these look like garden spiders.  They will move outside but most will be killed before they mature.  They're great for the garden.
