Baby acne or allergic reaction?

does it look like my daughter has baby acne or an allergic reaction to something? it didnt get worse until a few days ago and i have been babysitting my moms dog for a few days now and it didnt really show up until after he got here...

Um yeah, wow. It's an allergic reaction for sure. You probably should take her to the doctor and let them give her cream or something.

My son's milia (baby acne) looks more like little whiteheads. That there looks more like a rash. I suggest a doctor's visit-- in the mean time, an oatmeal bath could be soothing.

Edit: Babies can be allergic to substances in their environment, not just things they eat.

My baby had this too at about 6 weeks. Took her to the doctors and while there they gently rubbed her face and is began coming off. Did this for a few days and she was clear of it. Try it in the bath with a flannel, or whilst your feeding her :)

Seriously, try rubbing it. Its the exact of my baby's/ Im trying to find a pic for you now (no luck) But honestly its the exact image of how my daughters face was

This is a rash of some sort. She has come in contact with something that just dosnt agree with her body.Im not sure if it is the dog or not since it started then. It could be just the change of houses. Is ther different laundry soap, different water, just laying on the couch.

Then again it could be heat rash. To me im alost positive this dosnt look like baby acne.

Ive enclosed some picture of babys with rashes and how to help get rid of them.

If nothing seems to help i would make an appt to c your doc because it may be bothering her as well.

mmm im not sure but my babies acne looked like little pimples....that looks like some kind of reaction to me....

I would definately take her to the docs, just in case.
