Thank you! I took the bird to the pet store, next door, and they told me to let if out by the yard. I am afraid my dog will get it..but she assured me that it's parent will help it. it can flutter, but not excatly fly. Thanks

  1. nothing, its a baby, is not suppose to fly yet.

  2. ummmmm get it to a vets quick and ask there. Sorry the only thing i can recomend is to keep it warm.

    Good luck :)

  3. Is it hurt? It sounds like a Fledgling baby. What this means is that it is out of nest and living on ground for a few days until it can fly. the parent birds will hear it cry out adn come wherever it is to feed it. they will also warn it of danger. I would put back where I found it. Stay hidden and watch for awhile to see if they come. Do not be alarmed if the baby hops about and flutters to another location. If the parent birds do not feed it then you need to call a wildlife rehabber and bring it to them to raise until it can be released into the wild again and care for itself. Until you get it there keep it warm and feed it. Depending on what kind of bird it is the diet will vary. Good luck.

  4. can it open its eyes yet? Keep it warm, but not hot. Quick! feed it something you think birds eat! Vet is needed too

  5. Keep the bird and car for it. Until then, call the animal rescue legue to take it away and care for it. Do not abondon it. Some other critter will eat it alive and yeahhh. So please dont let it outt.

  6. im afraid your gonna have put it back outside and let nature take its course. Nature made the baby bird fall out or its mother probably found something wrong and pushed it out.

If you choose to defy nature, which will eventually punish you for it (i know. ive done it before) Make a nest out of a insulator matierial (sock is best) keeps it under a desk lamp and buy a cup of worm bait from the store and feed it tiny worms until it gets bigger then start feeding it bigger worms.

once its bigger you'll see that its growing feathers. sooner or later it'll be time time to let it go. stand on elevated ground and gently throw it to the wind and watch it fly.

but i wouldnt get my hopes up. baby birds rarely survive by human care.

  7. UMMM TAKE IT TO SOMEONE NEAR YOU THAST CAN TAKE CARE OF IT OR NURSE IT FOR A WHILE

    GOOD LUCK !!
