This is a question?  Are you asking if these exist?  Are you asking where to find one?  Are you asking if anyone here has completed one?  Are you asking if anyone here can design one?  

If you're looking to find one, check out Mary Maxim and Annie's Attic.  They have lots of good patterns and kits.  Their stock is similar, but each has a few items the other doesn't; checking both is your best bet.  They also both have websites.

Get some graph paper and copy a pic from a colouring book. You can colour it in with coloured pencils and either do the pattern in cross st after which looks awsome or make the pattern as you crochet.
