Baby boy due on August 21, still need names!!!

Question

Hello everyone! Our third child, a boy, is due on August 21. We need help deciding on a name. Please don't add suggestions, just choose from the two choices given and if you don't mind add why you like the name. Thanks so much!!!

Nicholas Sean

Thomas Dylan

He will have two older sisters, Paige Danielle(6) and Mackenzie Alexis(2).

I would prefer Nicholas Sean. I am not a fan of the name Thomas and I think Nicholas sounds better with Paige and Mackenzie!

OoO! Mackenzie! How pretty. I used to have it on my "if I have a baby.." name list. Now that i'm preggers, I don't think my BF would go for that though. =(

Anyways, hmm. That's a tough choice. I think I would either go with Nicholas Shawn or Thomas Dillon if I choosing, my thats just my opinion on spelling.

If I had to pick - I like Nicholas Sean more than Thomas Dylan because I think it goes better in your sibset.

Paige, Mackenzie and Nicholas.

I like the name Dylan, but I think it works better as Dylan Thomas rather than Thomas Dylan.

Nicholas Sean is a classic name though, it will work for him as a kid or as an adult, and you can call him Nick or Nicky as a kid and he can choose to go by Nick or Nicholas as an adult! Very versatile.

I think Thomas Dylan sounds better with the girls names but I really like Nicholas Sean too. They are both very nice names.

My husband and I are thinking about naming our boy who is due 8/28  Nicolas Sebastian .....

I love Thomas Dylan! You could call him Tommy or Tom, depending on his age.

Both are great classic names. Nicholas Sean is my favorite, I just think Nicholas is one of those strong guy names that fits at any age. Both would go well with your daughter's names, I just think Nicholas Sean is awesome!

Nicholas because when my nephew was about 2 yrs old, My sister baby sit a Nicholas and my nephew said his name so cute.. He called him "Nickanis".. toooo adorable...  And Sean.. because there was this OMG cutie guy I used to know named Sean :)

I like the way Nicholas Sean flows off the tongue.  

The only thing I'm not totally fond of is the spelling for Sean- I always look at and think "Scene" but then I've always been a little phonetic.  I like the spelling of Shaun better, but it is a great name no matter how you spell it.

Nicholas Sean is very beautiful and flows well. Sean is one of my favorite names. And if he would want to he could be called Nick for short.

Thomas Dylan is masculine but not over the top, I picture a kind man with sparkling eyes and a strong mind. You will have to consider the connection people will make to the poet Dylan Thomas and through him then Bob Dylan. But I like it. Since you have to pick just one I´d go with Thomas Dylan.

Thats a hard choice by the way 10 days away this baby boy could come any day now!:) I think I would go with Nicholas Sean I guess I just have a liking for the name Nick and in my opinion Thomas sounds older to me.Plus I think Nicholas Sean flows better than Thomas Dylan.
