Baby boys first birthday keepsake

Question

what would be a good keepsake for a boys first birthday. would a frame with a matte in it and have a picture of him on his first birthday in it and have family and friends sign it a good ides. any other ideas welcome. got to be something quick bc his bday is the 10th.

I made my son his first mixed CD for his birthday, took lots of pictures, and have kept some of the wrapping paper, his big #1 candle and all his birthday cards. He loves that CD, it has all the songs he's loved since he was a baby.

i actually love the idea of a picture frame.

you could use it as a guest bok, that way he'll always know who came and helped him celebrate his very first birthday!
