okay i was just wondering if i might be going into labor soon.

Yesterday when i squatted to put my dogs plate on the floor i felt like the baby was down below and it was about to drop. Now today i noticed that my stomach is much lower then before. Even my mother in law noticed that the stomach dropped. Also two days ago i was cleaning my drawers like crazy..i mean from A to Z. So was that nesting? lol Mostly i am concerned with is the baby dropping and feeling her in my v****a. It felt like her head was about to come out. and it hurt a lil bit. Anyone ever had that? Thank you in advance

  1. sounds like your next ten weeks will be pretty uncomfortably.  you may be starting to drop and that is fine it doesn't necessarily mean that your baby will come early or anything but that you will be very uncomfortable.

  2. um im aboy but check that at a docter if u realy want to. its probably normal and the baby kicked. if u were stressed out that mite be why it happend

  3. Yes, I had the pelvic pressure like the baby's head was already pushing down at 26 weeks, and my son dropped at 28 weeks.  The doctor said this is in no way a sign of impending labor, and the baby can drop that soon without having any complications.  I am due October 30, and she said she sees no reason why I wouldn't carry to full term.  I definitely get that pressure feeling like the baby is in my v****a from time to time, but the doctor told me not to worry, he isn't, it's just pelvic pressure from the baby being lower than before.  Also, if this is your first baby, they often drop much sooner.  no worries, if you're not leaking fluid, having rhythmic contractions, or feeling seriously decreased fetal movement, I would say you're just fine.

  4. no, i haven't had that. i've given birth to 3 kids.

don't worry. you worry too much, childbirth is a natural thing, the baby will come out when it's time. your baby is just getting ready to come out, that's it's getting lower.
