Baby gerbil help?

my freind's gerbil's just had babys their 4 days old and one of thems' skin color is black does it have a diesease or is it just fur color it doestt have fur yet will its fur be black or do i have something to worry about

it's normal its fur will probably be all black mabey wit some spots of brown there all diffrent remember :P

this is perfectly normal.  I had one that had dark parts and so it ended up having chocolate colored spots on its white fur.  Congrats on your friend's baby gerbils.

The darker the skin color the draker the hair (in most cause) at about a week the hair will come and at 2 they have it all (in some gerbils they can change the hair color at about 8 weeks old.

If you let me what colour mum and dad or I can tell you the most likey color the pups will be!

That will be the fur color. Although its sometimes hard to tell if the baby will be a very dark brown(chocolate) or black. No need to worry.
