Hmmm...Those are not my FAVORITES, but if I had too, I would go with Caroline, and Cecilia would be my second choice from your list, Isabelle or Isabel would be great, but you have Isabella, which I DO NOT like, so Caroline Grace is best , and Cecilia Morgan a close second and it has a nicer middle name

some of the names sound very oldschool, like the fist 4 from the bottom.. you like older  names..i like annaliese, noel is cute for a middle name... or even as a first, its more unique, even if you spelled it Noelle....   im more about unique names,  my first daughter is going to be Mayalina Rosita, because my grandmas name is rosa, and she cuban, so im givin my kid my mamas name in honor of everything my grandmas done for me (raised me since i was born)

Wow!  Your 2-year-old's name is beautiful!  Since you picked a distinctive name like Esme Charlotte, the other daughter definitely deserves a name that's just as beautiful and uncommon.  Because of that, I'd cross Isabella Reilly, Emma Madison, and Savannah Rose off your list -- they're pretty, but way too trendy.  Here are my favorites from your list:

Cecilia Morgan -- I love how the feminine Cecilia contrasts with the unisex Morgan, and I also like how Morgan has the same rhythm as Charlotte.  Cecilia and Esme have a similar old-fashioned flair, so they work well together.

Annaliese Sophia -- Annaliese and Esme make a great pair, as they both sound very European, and neither name is very common in the U.S.  I love Sophia, but I don't like how the S's in Annaliese Sophia run together.  You might consider Annaliese Morgan, Annaliese Claire, or Annaliese Regan from your lists.  You might consider Annaliese Miranda or Annaliese Mariah if you like the rhythm of Annaliese Sophia.  I also like Annaliese Violet because of its similarity in sound to Esme Charlotte.

Caroline Grace -- I love Caroline; it's so classic and timeless.  Since it's much more common than Esme, however, I'd be sure to pair it with a distinctive middle name.  Grace is pretty, but it's quickly becoming one of the most popular middle names.  I like Caroline Sophia, Caroline Miranda, Caroline Cecilia, or Caroline Susanna.

The others on your list are not bad but they're not as distinctive as the other choices.  I suppose I'd like Regan Claire next, then Ruby Noel, Andrea Jolie, and Lucy Anne.  I'd avoid the double "shel" in Shelby Michelle.  I'd also avoid Vanessa Karleigh, as Vanessa feels 80's-trendy and Karleigh feels 90's-trendy.
