Baby hiccups..is it normal?

Question

Sometimes my infant starts hiccuping while laying active or sleeping..is it normal ? what does this indicate and what should i be doing to prevent hiccuping ?

This is normal. You don't need to do anything - it doesn't bother them

if its normal inside the womb, why wouldnt it be outside? Heck, You as an adult hiccup what makes your infant so different from you except size/age?

its normal my baby had them all the time he will be fine

Hiccups are completely normal, they start before the baby is even born.  It will not hurt your baby at all and there is nothing you should be doing to try to prevent them.

remember feeling little twitches in your tummy like every couple of seconds that was your precious baby hiccuping inside its normal!!

my baby has them all the time too! i was worried so asked her ped and he said it was completely normal!
