My son has a swing that has a mirror attached to the top "spinning part". He can now see what we call "Baby in the mirror" (aka himself). He is always trying to get baby in the mirror to come play (well, actually he is always reaching for him). It is hilarious. Does anyone else's little one have a blast with a simple mirror??

  1. Mine loved mirrors at that age.  Try hanging a full length mirror horizontally at his eye level.

  2. you betcha !! my son loves it still . he's 15 months and we play peek a booh in the mirror now. when he was younger we would lay a mirror onthe floor propped up (tummy time) and he would have a field day !!! it's always fun to watch babies explore and learn there new world .

  3. My 9-month-old ADORES the baby in the mirror. He'll pull up on the full-length mirror on the bathroom door and kiss the baby. Every time I show him a mirror, no matter how cranky he is, he smiles instantly. I guess maybe he's a little conceited and narcissistic, but whatever keeps him happy.
