i dont have any moss to make his humetuity bos/sheddbox what do i do. and when i have a shedd box how othen to i "clean" it or what do i do

As soon as he has shed his skin clean it out to be on the safe side.

I just cut a hole in the side of a margarine container and lined it with 2 folded paper towels.  Keep it misted and moist (not soaking wet) and place it over the warm end of the tank.
