none....  mist one hut and make sure it is moist in there... so the animal can choose what it wants.

You don't have to mist the whole tank.

Make or buy a hide big enough for your gecko to fit its whole body in and BUY some moss(collecting moss from outside can carry harmful bugs and stuff)and put the moss in that hide and mist it 1-2 times a day and it would be just fine

if she poops more than once a day then twice, if not once is fine. Also if its a male mist it like one more time per week.

Absolutely do not mist the tank.  Leopard geckos require a more arid environment and misting the tank will raise the humidity eventually leading to respiratory problems.  Its not even necessary to mist the gecko itself.  If you do like everybody else has said and keep a moist hide, she will take care of herself.  She'll find it and use it as she sees fit.  If you still feel like you need to mist her, wait until she looks like she about to shed; that's the only time they need ambient moisture, and then I'd would only do it once a day.
