  1. The suggested feeding for baby Leos is once daily.

Be sure you are gut loading her insects, and they are no longer than the space between her eyes.  Please do not feed meal worms, insects of incorrect size, or keep her on any type of sand or loose substrate at any age.  Paper toweling is the best substrate for a baby Leo:

Dust her gut loaded crickets with reptile vitamins and calcium with D3 every other day (keep these refrigerated to prolong the life of the vitamins).

You can provide a small shallow bowl or lid of calcium in her habitat, but most babies won't take it directly from a bowl.  Just leave it in there until you notice she is taking calcium on her own (usually around 2-4 mo. old).  At that time, you can stop dusing with calcium, and only continue dusting with the reptile vitamins.  Change the calcium w/D3 in her habitat weekly to keep the D3 viable.

You can supplement her cricket diet when she's a few mo. old with the addition of 1-2 Butter, Phoenix, or Silk worms a few times weekly, after her normal cricket feed.  Avoid Wax worms (they have a high fat ratio, and can become additive).  Again, the insects should be no longer than the space between her eyes.

Once she reaches her adult size around a yr. of age, you can cut the feedings back to every 2 days, and dust 2-3 times a week.

Enjoy your baby, and I hope this has been helpful.

  2. Dust them every time you feed her, which should be a few times a week.

  3. Every time you feed her.
