Baby moving an hurts really bad I'm 38 weeks?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant almost 39 .an 2 cm dilated ,

i was sleeping an i woke up at 4am , with the baby moving an and it hurt really bad i almost cried it lasted about an hour an i don't know what it is.

any idea? anyone know?

It is the baby running out of room, it does hurt.  I am only 31 wks but the pain of the baby moving makes me want to cry sometimes and I remember how bad it hurt when i was pregnant with my other boys.
