Oliver James is the name of an up and coming actor, he was in What A Girl Wants with Amanda Bynes, I wouldn't suggest using this name.

I don't really like the name Paul, but Oliver and Cooper on their own are fine.

Oliver Paul and Oliver James both flow but Cooper Paul doesn't because of the two 'p' sounds. I prefer Oliver James

I don't like the name Paul, I'm sorry to say.

I also love both Oliver and Cooper but I think Cooper is becoming over-used nowadays and Oliver is an old but refreshing name that I like very much.
