My son is half hispanic and I'm having trouble finding a name that is a common "American" name but that sounds good in Spanish as well. My name is Brian and it's easy for my relatives to say. I wonder does anyone have any recommendations?

  17. I was considering the name Oscar for my son, even though we are not hispanic.

But my huband said no to the name because of the puppet named Oscar the Grouch on Sesame Street.  If that doesn't bother you, I think it's a great name.
