so far we've decided to go with red-shirt pooh, rather than the classic pooh
and we've decided to use a neutral color scheme, particularly light green
but besides buying the "Winnie the Pooh" line of baby items that everyone else has (crib, bedding, mobile, lamp, diaper stacker, etc...) we just don't have many creative ideas to make this nursery our-own (one-of-a-kind)
we've talked about getting a stuffed-animal hammock for the corner and using it to hold all the stuffed-animal Winnie the Pooh characters from our childhood (Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, Gopher, Rabbit, Owl, etc...)
we've also talked about painting some empty flower pots with the word "hunny" on the side and use them to hold little things like diaper creams and pacifiers, any little knick-knacks that baby needs handy
as far as the walls go, we decided to frame finished mosaic style jig-saw puzzles of Pooh and Tigger rather than paint (since we rent) or hang the same old framed posters you see in all the nurseries

We're really at a loss here,
we want this nursery to be fun and playful, something the whole budding family can enjoy...can anyone offer any unique or creative ideas for decor? Specifically any Winnie the Pooh craft ideas, we are crafty people who would very much enjoy making something one-of-a-kind for our baby's room.
We'd appreciate links to any sites with ideas as well. Thanks for any shared ideas!
PS, to help get the creative juices flowing we've been doing research on Winnie the Pooh's history on these sites:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winnie_the_Pooh
and here's some more specific history to the shows my husband and I enjoyed as children, the shows which we want our to base our nursery off-of:

Thanks again!
