Baby passport??

Question

My dad went on vacation and now we are thinking we want to go visit. But my sister (2 months) does not have a passport. If we get an app. do both my parents have to sign or can we get someone else to??

We are Canadians.

Babies don't need passports.  You only need a passport if you're over 18.

Both parents should sign.  No one else can sign for your dad.

But the form is available on-line.  I suggest either filling in the on-line form and emailing it to him to print off and sign and courier back.  Or he can print it off from on-line, sign the blank form and courier it back to you.
