  1. I don't have them, but if they are expensive( say more than $40) then I wouldn't get them. A changing table is nice but kind of a waste of money for how much room they take up and the fact that they might not be used for very long. My son is 8 months old and I have to fight with him during every diaper change. He's constantly rolling over and wiggling around. Even when he was younger I've found it was easier to change him on a bed, couch or the floor. And a organizer is nice, but can also take up alot of room. Like the other person said, a basket works just as well. You can get the diaper hanger and hang it on a wall or on the side of the crib. I like those because they can hold up to 80 or so diapers. I have a wipe warmer on the dresser and a wicker basket for his toiletries. And once he's old enough for his toiletries to go in the bathroom, the basket can be used for toys or something else.

  2. An organizer looks cute, but not very practical if it's hanging off the side of the table, esp when your little one starts squirming around on the table, it's better not to have to lean away. I have a Pampers container for my wipes and a simple plastic basket for all sorts of toiletries. Of course the wicker ones with a nice lining are much more beautiful, but this I had in the house and spillages or leaks are cleaned in a sec. I have a beautiful bag for diapers which hangs off his crib, but I always have a stack on the table so I don't have to move away from the table to get a diaper when he's lying on it.

  3. baskets work really well too -- one for diapers/wipes and another for lotions and diaper creams.  And when you're finished using them for baby you can use them for other things.  I went to the children's section in IKEA and got some super duper cheap, cute baskets, for that purpose that I've since used to put toys in.  Although, I didn't use my changing station for long with my son -- if you've invested in a changing table and you really plan to use it, and organizer might be nice.
