Baby pushin my stomach?

hi

im 29 weeks and 5 days pregnant. i recently started to feel my baby pushing my stomach outward with what feels like his feet.. which really hurts feels like hes gonna burst my stomach. what is this from??

Wow! You're exactly the same as me (29 weeks 5 days).  My little boy does this constantly! It's a very strange feeling! I think it is his feet, and he is just stretching. The doctor also told me that it could be possible that he was facing my back, and was pushing on me with his butt LoL.  He did it while she was examining me the other day.  In any event, perfectly normal, they're just getting cramped for space in there!

Edit:  To add a bit, if you're getting the feeling more across your entire stomach rather than one localized area, it might be braxton hicks.  I have noticed that my braxton hicks contractions feel almost exactly the same as when the baby is pushing on my belly.

bigger baby gets smaller the room so you feel his flips and other movements more.

it could be him stretching or could be the baby tying to move positions ..when i was pregnant my sound kicked all the time like if i was a punching bag

I had that same sensation about that time , i explained it as feeling like the baby was trying to crawl out the front of my stomach. in my case, the more it happened i discovered it was braxton hicks contractions.
