No you should not buy used shoes or shoes you can't have properly fitted first (even if they are new). Babies need the right size shoe and even then, the shoe has to fit properly which can only be checked once the shoe is on the feet. If you buy them from ebay, and they don't fit, you are out the money. Go to a shoe store or a shoe department of another store, and get the shoes there where they can be tried on for proper fit before you have to pay for them.
