Baby shower thank you letter when i left?

i went to a baby shower and when i was leaving they was giving out "a t hank you letter from the baby" for coming to visit their first baby shower.. can someone please tell me where i can find that at online?! ive loooked everywhere!!!

I'm not sure but you can get loads of thank you letters that are black. Then you could write whatever you wanted. It's more personal anyway.
