Baby showers.... where should you have one?

I am throwing my sister a baby shower and I have no clue where to have it. She hates planning things so she left it all up to me. I was thinking since I live in the country and no one lives around us it would be nice to have it at my house. I was thinking of maybe getting a backyard party tent. ( yes i know how much they cost) . but i don't know if i crazy about having a ton of people coming in and out of my house.

Where else could I have it?

well you can always rent a banquet hall

if you go to limited service hotels... such as LaQuinta, Fairfield, or Courtyard by marriott they have smaller meeting room that are affordable and you can bring all your own food/ decorations and its a nice setting.  That way its centrally located and you do not have to clean up after!  Good luck :)

a tent in your backyard would be a great idea if it's a nice time of year, and that way it would pretty much keep people out of the inside of your house. You could also find out about using a community room or a banquet facility (which are often expensive).
