Baby tears plant?

Question

How do baby tears reproduce? Do they have seeds? Do i need to trim it and replant it? Do they have shoots?

Help me out here

They will send out lateral runners along the substrate, which will grow leaves upwards and send roots downwards into the substrate.  A fine substrate makes this easier.  If you choose to trim it (you shouldn't need to), you can replant it elswhere but without a fine substrate, it won't stay put long.  If they are grown emergent (out of water, but kept VERY moist), they will flower and produce seeds that can be fertilized, but this is easier said than done.
