Baby trend Expedition LX 9152 does anyone have one

Question

We have a Baby trend Expedition LX 9152 and the front wheel wobbles when unlock and makes the seat shake a little. We were told by customer service that the bolt should be tighten but it still wobbles. We were told also that the wheel should be locked when you jog which makes no sense to me because if one is running and the front wheel is lock it's not safe to raise the front wheel and turn. Maybe i am missing something in all of this? please enlighten me.

I'm going to take a guess because no one has answered you.

You might take it to a bicycle shop and ask a mechanic to look at it. The axles aren't that much different from a bicycle, and seeing the thing is worth 10,000 words over the phone to customer service, even if the rep was in the USA.
