Baby was just changed to Nutramigen how did u get your baby to drink if didn't like it?

My baby was just changed to this formula today and he would drink a lilttle then spit nipple out frown up and cry. Later he drank about 2 oz I am sure cause he was hungry. How long did it take your child to like this formula. My baby is 1 month and couldn't do milk or soy formula.

When the baby gets hungry it will eat.  I promise.

My son didn't like it at first either, but they get hungry enough, they will drink it.  He was so fussy breastfeeding and on milk based formula, I saw a change in him almost immediately.  Hang in there!

my daughter went through the exact same thing ur son is going through, and she was maybe alittle younger than he is.  i just consistenly offered a small amount every 3 hours (depending on how often ur baby normally eats i would just try to go by that) and if he keeps rejecting it than he is not hungry enough to eat it.  babies, like anyone else will eat just about anything when they get very hungry.  if the baby goes much longer than tomorrow morning without eating anything (or very little than what he normally would) than call the doctor.

Try going back to his old formula and then after he drinks that bottle make the next one with 2 oz of the new formula and the remaining ounces with the old forumula. This way he will taste a more familiar taste. If he still wont drink it then try just adding like half a scoop of the new and then the rest of the old. Then hopefully he wont be able to taste the new one as well. Then you can slowly increase the new formula till he just on that one.
